The indoor season came to a close this evening and I am delighted to let you know that the Petersfield senior team captained by Jack Hannam have secured promotion in their first season by finishing at least 2nd in their league.
Regular members of the team include Will Rice, Shaun Blanks, Matt Salmon, Chris Salmon and Liam Charles. Billy Maisey, Toby Austin and Nicky Caddick have also played.
The U16s also finished their season on a winning note with an excellent win against Hambledon making a total of 4 wins. This is not bad as nearly all the team will still be U16 next season. Special congratulations go to Matt Crouch who we believe may finish as top run scorer in the league with 309 runs from 9 innings.
Regular members of the team also include Alex Thomas, Rory Newman, Nicky Caddick, Ben Cox, Jordan Hiscock, Aran Murray and Simon Murray. Ben Friend has also played.

Congratulations to 3 New Qualified Coaches
The club wishes to congratulate Daniel Amis and James Stratford-Tuke on passing their Level 2 coaching certificate and to Chris Salmon who has passed his Level 1 coaching certificate.
Daniel and James are coaching the U9s this season and James is the capatin of the 3rd XI.
The club now has 17 active qualified coaches and 10 other managers and assistants for all the teams in the club which is a superb ratio of coaches to players and we are very grateful to all the volunteers.
