Petersfield CC: Colts winter training schedule and forms

I am pleased to confirm our arrangements for winter training. Please see attached details of the planned sessions for next term - hall availability does change and so there may be some further changes to this schedule. For the winter coaching this year the girls will be training with the boys. The coaches will ensure that the plans are appropriate for all of the participants. In line with the national approach, the assumption is that the girls will train with the age group below i.e. an U15 girl will train with the U13s. However the club will be flexible with these arrangements and if you would like to discuss coaching arrangement for your daughter please contact Paul Clarke who is the Lead Coach for the Girls (paul@japh.co.uk).

With a short term we have included coaching sessions over half term - coaches will discuss this with people to check that this is worth doing.

I have attached the membership forms for this year (in word and PDF format). Because of the different payment arrangements agreed by the Club at the recent AGM there is a different form for both the boys and the girls. Both forms include an option to join the 200 Club - this only costs £12 to join and helps raise funds for the club whilst also giving you 12 chances to win cash prizes).

When we are using Bedales please make sure that you park at Dunannie car part and walk up to the Sports Hall (and that your child can then change into sports shoes). It is possible to park on site at Churchers'. Please also do your best to get your child to coaching 5 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow a register to be taken so that the coaching can start promptly.

You will need to pay winter coaching fees at the start of term and the club would welcome people paying their annual membership fee for the boys at the same time (see boys membership form for details). You also need to send back a signed copy of the membership form to me.
